Piedmont, Italy
Bersano has been capturing the spirit of Piedmont in the glass since 1907, with a clear vision: to share the culture, character and conviviality of Langhe and Monferrato with the world. Guided by the legacy of founder Arturo Bersano and today led by the Massimelli family, the estate farms 230 hectares of vineyards planted to native varieties, carefully selecting and refining only the finest grapes. From vineyard to cellar to their on-site wine museums, everything Bersano does is a tribute to Piedmont, expressing the region’s diversity, authenticity and timeless charm in every bottle.
Roberto Morosinotto is Bersano’s long-standing chief oenologist and winemaker, entrusted with carrying the historic Piedmont estate into its second century. Drawing on deep experience in the Langhe and Monferrato hills, he leads the cellar and vineyard teams to craft bright, approachable wines in a classic, traditional style – from Barolo and Barbera to Gavi – always with a focus on expressing place, balance and drinkability.
