Through a blend of traditional methods and modern techniques, Carpe Horam wines are crafted to convey the authentic flavours and character of Provence.
Pascal Sendrey has worked across the Provence region as well as in Tain Hermitage in the Rhone Valley. He also has international vintage experience in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Etienne Porte has placed his ‘stamp’ upon this fresh, delicious, crunchy Rosé, under Pascal’s careful eye.
