Located in the high hills at over 350m, these wines are organically grown in one of the most beautiful natural sites in the region. Unique schist and limestone soils benefit from the high altitude and cooler winds.
Hugh, over the last 20 years, has brought several unique Languedoc vineyard sites to global prominence and aims to rewrite the region’s wine-making landscape with this distinctive single-site Minervois project. This site in CaunesMinervois is the ‘eye fillet’ of his regional projects and highlights his understanding of the terroirs of South-West France.
