Laurenz V is a boutique winery based in Austria’s Kamptal valley, dedicated exclusively to Grüner Veltliner. Founded in 2004 by Laurenz Maria Moser V together with partners Dieter Hübler and the Schweiger family, the estate builds on a 400-year family legacy and the pioneering work of “Grandpa Grüner” Lenz Moser III. Their mission is simple and focused: to showcase Grüner Veltliner on the world stage, crafting vibrant, elegant and food-friendly expressions with bright acidity, fine spice and a contemporary, approachable style.

Peter Schweiger is the long-time winemaker at Laurenz V , where he has overseen the cellar since the winery’s founding in 2004. A fifth-generation vigneron from the region and brother of founding partner Franz Schweiger, Peter is known for his precise, contemporary style of Grüner Veltliner, crafting wines that are pure, elegant and all about “sheer drinking pleasure.”
